drylin C roller carriage "CamRoller series"
With the new drylin C series, igus is presenting a genuine CamRoller track roller guide for the first time - developed for applications in which extremely smooth manual operation is crucial. The roller carriages run on compact 30mm rails with a system height of just 30mm. This makes the series ideal for manual adjustments, e.g. safety doors on machine tools, doors and sliding solutions in yachts and ships, cabin interiors and a wide range of other moving constructions. Unlike classic ball guide systems, the drylin® C roller guide systems allow for quiet, low-vibration operation due to the use of plastic rollers. They are suitable for robust requirements such as safety gates as well as for high-quality interior fittings, e.g. the adjustment of monitors, displays or screens. A special feature of the new series: in addition to straight rails, curved profiles are also available, and even the standard roller carriage can be adapted to these radii by adjusting the rollers.
